4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward bonus wagering.
• In case of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

8.1 Closure by ef333

ef333 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. Any valid balance remaining prior to account closure may be withdrawn (subject to applicable conditions being met).

9.1 Self-Exclusion
